Inside the €6.5 Million Italian yacht unveiled at Cannes Yachting Festival 2026
Cannes Yachting Festival 2026 | Vieux Port, Cannes
There was champagne in the glasses, sunlight dancing across the water and the unmistakable energy of Cannes in September.
At the Vieux Port, among the world’s most beautiful yachts and an international crowd of owners, designers, industry leaders and VIP guests, Sanlorenzo introduced a yacht with a name that requires no explanation.
SHE.
And somehow, the name feels exactly right. At 25.5 metres, she is not the largest yacht in the harbour. She does not need to be. SHE has something more elusive: presence.

During the champagne reception, guests gathered around Sanlorenzo’s new creation, moving between conversations about architecture, craftsmanship, technology and the future of yachting. The atmosphere was sophisticated but relaxed — the kind of Cannes afternoon where business, pleasure and the Mediterranean seem to belong to the same conversation.
Then there was SHE. Quietly commanding attention.
A NEW CHAPTER FOR SANLORENZO
SHE — short for Sanlorenzo Heritage — is conceived as an exclusive expression of Italian yachtmaking rather than simply another addition to a conventional model line.
Her philosophy is summed up in two words:
Tomorrow’s Timeless.
The idea is beautifully simple. Instead of designing for a passing trend, Sanlorenzo looks backwards to move forwards — taking the elegance and proportions of classic Italian yachts and translating them into a contemporary way of living at sea.
The result is a silhouette inspired by the elegant, low and sinuous forms of the Italian navetta yachts of the 1960s.
But SHE is not retro. She is refined.
Her exterior lines were created by Bernardo Zuccon of Zuccon International Project, while the interiors were designed by Piero Lissoni and Lissoni & Partners.
Together, they have created something that feels remarkably architectural.
The proportions are clean. The surfaces are calm. The relationship between interior and exterior is deliberately fluid.
There is no visual excess.
Every line seems to have been considered.
WHEN ARCHITECTURE MEETS THE SEA
For Bernardo Zuccon, a yacht is not simply an object to be admired from the harbour.
It is a container for life. That philosophy is particularly visible in SHE. The architecture does not compete with the sea; it frames it.

Large openings create uninterrupted connections with the Mediterranean. Interiors and exterior spaces flow naturally into one another. The yacht feels less like a series of rooms and more like one continuous landscape.
This is where SHE becomes particularly interesting.
The luxury is not in how much has been added. It is in what has been left out. There is space to breathe. Space to see. Space to move.
Space to spend an entire afternoon without feeling that you need to go anywhere.
The master suite occupies the full beam, while a generous VIP cabin and an additional guest cabin create an intimate environment for six guests. Each has its own en-suite bathroom.
For a yacht of this size, it is a deliberate choice.
Less quantity. More quality.
SHE is designed not for a crowd, but for the people you actually want around you.
THE CANNES RECEPTION: A GLIMPSE OF THE LIFE ON BOARD
Perhaps the most seductive part of the Cannes presentation was that the experience around SHE already felt like an extension of the yacht itself.
Champagne was served as guests explored the new model. Conversations moved effortlessly from design to destinations, from architecture to ownership, from the latest innovations to the simple pleasure of being on the water.
Outside, Cannes provided the perfect backdrop.
The Vieux Port was alive with movement — tenders arriving, yachts gleaming in the afternoon sun, guests crossing between stands and boats, the Riviera framed by the blue Mediterranean.
And SHE seemed almost deliberately removed from the noise.
Her atmosphere was calmer. More private. More residential.
You could imagine the transition immediately: Cannes today, Saint-Tropez tomorrow, Corsica after that — and the world gradually becoming quieter as the coastline disappears behind you.
That is perhaps the real luxury SHE is selling.
Not a destination.
A way of living.
€6.5 MILLION — AND A DIFFERENT KIND OF LUXURY
At Cannes, SHE’s positioning was presented at approximately €6.5 million.
For that investment, the owner is not simply buying a 25.5-metre yacht.
They are buying an architectural philosophy.
A full-beam private retreat.
A carefully curated relationship between indoor and outdoor living.
And an unmistakably Italian design identity.
The market appears to have understood the proposition very quickly.
Sanlorenzo confirmed that the first five SHE units had already been sold before the yacht’s public debut in Cannes.
It is a telling response.
The buyers were not waiting to see whether SHE would make an impression.
They had already decided.
THE SILENCE OF TECHNOLOGY
Beneath the timeless exterior lies another important part of SHE’s story.
She introduces Volvo Penta IPS Hybrid propulsion, combining two D13 IPS engines with two electric motors.

The technology allows for electric operation and quieter manoeuvring, bringing a very contemporary idea of luxury to the yacht.
Silence.
For decades, yacht luxury was associated with power — bigger engines, greater speed, larger volumes.
Now the definition is changing.
Perhaps the ultimate luxury is being able to leave the marina almost silently.
To anchor without the constant background presence of machinery.
To sit on deck at night and hear the sea.
Technology becomes most sophisticated when you stop noticing it.
SHE, IN CANNES
By late afternoon, the champagne reception began to dissolve into the rhythm of the festival.
Guests moved on. The harbour remained busy. The sun began its slow descent over Cannes.
And SHE remained exactly where she was — elegant, composed and quietly magnetic.
Presented by Valerio Tesei, Yacht Sales Director at Sanlorenzo, together with architect Bernardo Zuccon, she offered more than a new yacht for the 2026 season.
She offered a glimpse into where luxury yachting may be heading next.
Away from spectacle. Towards intimacy. Away from excess. Towards proportion. Away from technology as something to display.Towards technology that simply makes life better.
SHE is heritage without nostalgia.
Modernity without coldness.
Luxury without noise.
And perhaps that is why, among hundreds of yachts gathered in Cannes, this particular one was so difficult to forget.
SHE doesn’t ask to be noticed.
She simply is.
